Eligible tires for the $60 Firestone Prepaid Card: Firestone All Season products. Limit 1 reward per each set of 4 tires purchased, limit 2 rewards per household, customer or address. Retail purchases made between November 1 – December 31, 2025. Participating authorized retailers only. Offer excludes Discount Tire tire purchases. Claim submission required. Certain restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. You will be offered the choice of a digital or physical Firestone Prepaid Card via a card payment confirmation email. Not redeemable for cash. All submissions must be filed online at FirestoneRewards.com and received no later than January 10, 2026. Please allow 4 – 8 weeks for fulfillment of the physical Prepaid Card, if ordered. Visit FirestoneRewards.com or call (800) 903-9838 to check the status of your claim after 4 weeks. Original, fully completed, final paid, and store identified invoice must be included with submission. Offer excludes commercial, fleet and group purchases, employee changeovers, warranty replacement purchases, special orders, or rain checks. Must be 18 or over.
